Insuring Agreement

The Insured has applied to Paofoong Insurance Company (Hong Kong)

Limited ("Paofoong") and paid or agreed to pay the Premium, in

consideration of which Paofoong will provide the insurance detailed herein.

The information supplied by the Insured in connection with the risk is the

basis of this contract and is incorporated herein.

Jurisdiction

The indemnity provided by this Policy applies only in respect of

compensation resulting from judgements delivered by or obtained from a

court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong Special Administrative

Region and charges, expenses and legal costs incurred or recoverable in

Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Policy Interpretation

The interpretation of this Policy and any word or phrase contained in the

Policy will be in accordance with the Law of Hong Kong Special

Administrative Region.

Liabilities which are Insured

Subject to the terms, limitations, definitions, exceptions and conditions of

this Policy, Paofoong will pay to or on behalf of the Insured all sums which

the Insured becomes legally liable to pay as compensation for

Bodily Injury and or Property Damage
