in this Proposal Form,

Limited (named below as “BOCG Insurance”) hotline 
(852) 3187 5100 for the interests of the
proposed Insured Company. Failure to disclose may 
mean that the policy will not provide the proposed 
Insured Company with the coverage required, or may
invalidate the policy altogether.
3. 若此投保书所含的内容与保单条款有任何歧异，概以保单為準。
In the event that the information contained in this 
Proposal Form does not conform to the
terms in any policy issued, the policy 
terms shall prevail.
4. 「楼宇管理综合险」(下称“本计划”) 由中银集团保险承保。
