员工须知

With a view to guaranteeing staff’s health and life and 
alleviating their economic losses when an accident or 
illness occurs, XX (hereinafter referred to as the “XX”) 
has purchased GC Group Worldwide Medical Plan (including 
out-patient,in-patient and dental benefit), GC Group 
Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance, GC Group Term 
Life Insurance, GC Group Dread of Disease Insurance and 
GC Group Hospital Income Insurance for its high level 
employees from XXLife Insurance Company Shanghai Branch 
(hereinafter referred to as “Generali China”); 

XX银行（以下简称“XX”）为更好地保障员工在患病或发生意外时的经济利益，为您在XX人寿保险有限公司（以下简称“XX人寿”）投保了XX全球保障团体医疗保险（包括门诊，住院及牙科医疗责任），XX团体意外伤害保险，XX团体定期寿险，XX附加重疾保障团体疾病保险，XX住院收入保障保险，以保障员工的身体健康以及人身安全。
All contents in this scheme are based on the insurance 
contract between “Generali China” and “XX”, the 
insurance period is from Sep. 01, 20XX to Aug. 31, 20XX.

所有保障内容以“XX人寿”与“XX”签订的保险合同为准，保险期间为20XX年09月01日到20XX年08月31日。
