1、    Accidental Pollution (意外污染)
This insurance does not indemnify the Insured in respect of legal liability to bodily
 injury to third parties or property damage of third parties arising out of the 
discharge, dispersal , release or escape of smoke, vapours, soot, fumes, acids, 
alkalis, toxic chemicals, liquids or gases, waste materials or other irritants,
 contaminants or pollutants onto or upon land, the atmosphere or any water 
course or body of water; but this exclusion does not apply if such discharge, 
dispersal, release or escape is a sudden , accidental, identifiable, unintended 
and unexpected happening which takes place in its entirely at a specific time 
and place.
2、    Act of Terrorism Extension Clause(恐怖活动条款)
It  is agreed and understood that subject to the Insured having paid the agreed
 additional premium, this Policy shall be extended to cover the Insured’s liability for claims made against the Insured for the bodily injury of and or
 property damage to any third party at the specified premises directly caused 
by any terrorist or terrorism organization.
This clause is subject otherwise to the terms, conditions and exceptions of this 
Policy.
恐怖活动条款
兹经双方同意，鉴于被保险人已缴付了附加保险费，本保险扩展承保本保险单明细表中列明的
经营场所出现任何恐怖分子或组织进行恐怖活动直接造成第三者人身伤亡或财产损失时被保险
人应负的赔偿责任。
本保险单所载其他条件不变。
