1 定值保险条款
兹经双方同意，鉴于被保险人已缴付了附加的保险费，本保险单明细表中列明的赔偿限额应为保险财产的约定价值。一旦发生损失，本公司赔偿限额为本保险单明细表中列明的金额。被保险人投保时须提供详细的财产清单，该财产清单作为本保险单的组成部分。
本保险单所载其他条件不变。
附加保险费：             。
1 Agreed Value Insurance Clause
It is hereby agreed and understood that subject to the Insured having paid the 

agreed additional premium. The limit of indemnity described in the Schedule of this 

Policy shall be the agreed value of the property insured. In the event of loss or 

damage to the property insured, the amount payable for such loss or damage 

shall be the agreed amount described in the Schedule of this policy. The Insured 

shall provide a detailed list of insured property which shall constitute an integral

 part of this policy, when proposed for the above insurance.
This Clause is subject otherwise to the terms, conditions and exclusions of this 

policy.
